Why Pretzels?

Hey, JP here.

I grew up in a pretzel family. Not sure if that's actually a thing, but it was for me. I assumed it was a pantry staple, along with green beans and chicken stock. Plain pretzels were fine as a kid, but by those teen years I was needing some spice. Does everyone have a Hot Cheetos phase? Because every kid in my high school was scarfing those suckers down. Myself included. But I felt like I was cheating on my OG snack, the humble pretzel. I searched the local grocery store shelves for a spicy, bold, exciting pretzel option and found nothing. So, I started making spicy pretzels myself. With a few trials and errors, I was making what is now our Hot Lemon Pepper Ranch pretzels on a regular basis. Fast forward, I'm fully adulting and still making myself and my roommates and my friends some pretty bomb pretzels. I’m excited for you to join our pretzel-loving gang.
